Here's Javier the Javelina. He's one of the 90+ species of mammals (I'm one of them) that make their home in the Scrub. Javier eats plants and small animals, even snakes! He's a tough customer, not many predators will mess with him! Javier's appetite for veggies is one of the reasons many species of plants in the Scrub have thorns...
