Now here's a plant that I can't resist. In fact, you can see where I've been chewing on this one! It's the prickly pear cactus! Prickly pear pads are yummy, and the fruit is even better! In the spring, its beautiful big flowers really liven up the landscape. In addition to the prickly pear, I eat grasses, leaves, seeds, other fruits . . . oh, lots of plant stuff.
