Come out for a ghoulish good time at Gladys Porter Zoo’s 25th Annual Boo at the Zoo. Tickets are on sale at the Zoo office for the discounted rate of $2.50 per person from now until 5 p.m. on Oct. 29th. Starting Oct. 30th, tickets will be $3.50 News

Zoo presents a new member to the family, a rhinoceros calf

Julie, a white rhinoceros that arrived to the Zoo in June, was expected to give birth near the end of October; however, the 125 pound calf came unexpectedly on the morning of August 30th.BOO at the ZOO
